What is the most powerful and best AGP video card on the market?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as…|||That would be the Radeon 3850 but you need a dual core processor to feed it fast enough. If you have only a single core rig, don't waste your money, buy a lesser card.

Also, be aware that there are 4 "flavors" of AGP - 1X, 2X, 4X and 8X. Don't bother getting a card unless your motherboard does 8X.
