What is the latest best agp video card?

i want to upgrade my vga card..but my motherboard doesn't support pci express...my motherboard 'p4i65g'.what is the best?|||There is no "latest" really, AGP is an abandoned interface at this point.

The best AGP card that's still available is the Radeon HD 4670, but it's rather expensive at $125. It's also currently sold out on Newegg and Amazon.

The Radeon HD 3850 has almost identical performance (slightly better by about 1fps) but it's almost impossible to find these days.

The next-best choice (and the most reasonable one) is the Radeon HD 4650.

Note that you'll need a 400 watt power supply for the 4670.

The best approach is to buy a new motherboard with a PCI-Express slot for about $50, along with a $75 PCI-Express card like the Radeon 4670, 5570 or GeForce GT240. That gives you better performance than even the most expensive AGP card.
