What is the best AGP video card to date?

I need to upgrade my old WoW pc... :) Whats the best AGP card out these days? I see reviews saying the Radeon HD 3850 512 MB is the best, but they are from the beginning of 2009 and I see some Radeon 4670 cards... are these faster?|||I have an older AGP system also. The processor is a P4 single core running at 3.0Ghz. Single core CPU's are typical for older AGP systems.

I recently upgraded the graphics card in this machine to 4650 from an X800GTO.

There was very little difference in performance. The CPU is most likely to bottleneck any newer AGP card. If you dont have a dual core CPU, think twice before buying these newer AGP cards.

Having much experience with AGP systems, I would say that a 2600XT is the best match for a single core AGP system. Any card higher will show no difference in performance. Definite CPU bottleneck.|||the main bulk of agp cards are from ati......the 4650 is a good card, will run wow very good.....but the 4670 are better performers and dont need a lot of power to operate....they only draw power from the agp slot.....

the 3850 is a good card also but not as fast as the 4650 or the 4670....

3850 for 90.00-------http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as…

4650 for 90.00 bux.......http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as…

here are 2 agp 4670's.......

the 4670 will run wow very well and other games to and so will the 3850 and the 4650.....just depends on your budget......the 4670's cost a bit more......
